If I purchase your "professional" unpublished song, how can I be sure that I will like and it will be proper for my singing ability?

Imagine a tailor who prepares a tailor-made suit for you. So even us before to produce your "professional" unpublished song we will ask you a series of questions about personal taste in music like "what are your favorite songs and singers", "what are your favorite genre" of also if it should be a slow song, fast or moderate", "what should speak the lyrics" etc.. Why "professional" unpublished song" without the musical arrangement is cheaper?

First of all you must understand which is the difference between the composition and arrangement. We try to explain it in simple terms also for those at the beginning. Composition means the production of the melody, the chords and the lyrics. Instead, the arrangement is the orchestration of the various musical instruments playing in the song. So these are two stages of processing completely different from one another. For example, if you are an author able to provide the composition of your original song also played simply like with only guitar or piano, singing and lyrics ready, you can ask us only the arrangement to the cost reduced to 50% (see musical arrangements).

Is it possible to defer the payments?

Only in the case of the purchase of a "professional" unpublished song it is possible to defer the payment in two installments. First installment: with 50% anticipated payment, we delivery the version of the song played only with piano and voice for didactic use. Second installment: subsequently if the song likes, we ask for the sale of the remainder and we proceed with the arrangement of the whole orchestra. To notice that this second part (the arrangement) you can also require in a second time, when you will want.

What does it means "License of use with exclusive right for a year (renewable to the expiration)" and "License of use without exclusive right"?

Under no circumstances the sale of the SIAE right it is included. The authors maintain on the work the entitlement to the senses and for the effects of the law on the author's rights. Practically the tariffs include only the expenses for the production of an unpublished song that comes sold with two following licenses to choice. 1. "License of use in exclusive right" for a period of one year, with faculty of renewal to the expiration. In lack of renewal, the buyer will be albe to continue to use the song without exclusive right. 2. "License of use without exclusive right", that is the buyer will be able to use forever the song without exclusive right. In other words, "without exclusive right", it means that the authors are free to entrust also to other singers the same song. Instead "with exclusive right" the authors pledge themselves for a year (renewable optionally), to entrust not also to other singers the same song. What are my responsibilities towards SIAE, SACEM, ASCAP, MCPS-PRS etc.? 

The author will deposit to the SIAE the new song commissioned by you. In case of any commercial use of the same, from your part, you only have to declare it in the list of your authors society, in any case of live exhibitions or cd published productions. It depends, because it is necessary to observe the following. To participate in the signing SIAE and consequent division of any proceeds (that happens only in cases of great popularity of the song), you need to be written to the company as a "melody composer" or "lyrics author".
