If I purchase your "professional" soundtrack, how can I be sure that I will like and it?

"License of use in exclusive right" for a period of one year, with faculty of renewal to the expiration. In lack of renewal, the buyer will be albe to continue to use the song without exclusive right. 2. "License of use without exclusive right", that is the buyer will be able to use forever the song without exclusive right. In other words, "without exclusive right", it means that the authors are free to entrust also to other singers the same soundtrack. Instead "with exclusive right" the authors pledge themselves for a year (renewable optionally), to entrust not also to other singers the same soundtrack. What are my responsibilities towards SIAE, SACEM, ASCAP, MCPS-PRS etc.? 

The author will deposit to the SIAE the new song commissioned by you. In case of any commercial use of the same, from your part, you only have to declare it in the list of your authors society, in any case of live exhibitions or cd published productions.
